Professional Full Service Grooming
Please note, “If your pets visit us 4 days or more he or she will be visiting the grooming staff at pet owner’s expense”. Please let us know if you want basic standard or elite services.
If your pet comes to us in bad need of a bath he or she will be bathed before entering the kennel for the safety and health of all pets.
We have a complete professional grooming facility. If you would like to have your pet bathed or groomed prior to their departure, we will schedule them with one of our groomers for an appointment. Pets brought in only for grooming will enjoy all the comforts of the Retreat while waiting. Prices may vary according to breed, size and condition of coat.
All standard and elite services include the following: pad shave, nail trim, medicated ear flush, anal gland expression with sanitary cut. All pets in for grooming must show records of vaccinations.
Vaccinations Required for Boarding
We require proof of your pet’s current and up-to-date vaccinations by a licensed Veterinarian prior to boarding. The vaccinations required are as follows:
Canine
Distemper (DHLPPC), Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Rabies (1 or 3 year).
Feline
Distemper (FVRCP), Rabies, Feline Leukemia
Please Note: If your pet comes to us with parasites or worms, we will send your pet to a Veterinarian for treatment at you expense. If your pet bite’s a handler or destroys company property, you are responsible for the damages.
Reservations
Reservations are strongly encouraged. If you would like to make a reservation, just call or come in to our facility. Reservations for the holiday seasons require a $50 deposit which is applied toward your pet’s stay. If you must cancel a reservation, the cancellation must be made seven days prior to the date of the arrival or the deposit will be forfeited.
We provide Pet transportation services to any place in the world.
Medications: Any and all medications are administered free of charge according to veterinary instructions.
Playtime: No additional charge. Your pet will enjoy playtime with our handler’s one on one in one of our large 5’ fenced grassy yards. At no time will your pet be unsupervised while in the yard.
Walks: No Charge. We walk your pet 4 – 5 times per day. Their day will start at 6:00 AM for their first walk and end at approximately 9:00 PM for their last walk. All Walks are with a handler one on one.
Food: No Charge. Bowls and water containers are provided. We ask that you bring your pets food in a plastic container for their stay. This will ensure that we do not cause any undue stress to your pet by changing their diet. We will feed your pet according to YOUR instructions.
Personal Belongings: (limit Two items) we supply all bedding which is washed daily. We cannot guarantee against any destruction or loss of property but we will do our very best to return each and every item original condition. Please help us by labeling and / or marking each item with your pet’s first and last name. Items received without labels will be marked to ensure their return.
Boarding Your Pet
Deluxe Building - $25.00 per day. In our Deluxe Building, we have 5 large rooms with televisions making this a perfect setting for a pet to enjoy the comforts of home. Sleeping areas are 4ft x 4ft x 4ft. We also have larger spaces available for large breed dogs. Each room has a theme: Victorian, New England, Country Western, Art Deco and the Circus Room. We name the rooms so the parents can re-book the same room on the pets return visits.
Patio (Single Run) - $25.00 per day. Our indoor/outdoor runs are heated and air conditioned. Your pet will enjoy a 4’ x 4’ separate sleeping/eating area with a doggie door to their 4’ x 13’ covered run outside. They will enjoy their play time in a large fenced grassy yard one-on-one with a handler just like all the other pets.
Patio (Double Run) - $28.00 per day or single or $25.00 each per pet for two family members. This is where your family members can bunk together, or you can give your dog a larger run just because you want to spoil your pet. Your per will have a 4’ x 8’ separate sleeping/eating area with a doggie door to their 8’ x 13’ covered run. During the Holidays we do not allow one dog to a double unless it is a Great Dane.
Daycare – 5 hours + $18 per day
Half day up to 5 hours $10.00
Cat Chateau - $15.00 per day. Sleeping areas are 4’ x 4’ x 4’. $18.00 per day includes individual attention time: $20.00 individual attention with brushing. Our cat chateau has climbing trees and various other play toys for your feline to enjoy. They will enjoy play time with our handlers just like their canine companions do.
